3 Simple, All-Natural Remedies To Fight Allergies

Allergies can be very painful to navigate through, and unfortunately, for many people, they are an inevitable reality. It is no fun spending your spring days fighting the misery of headaches, a stuffy nose, itchy eyes, and a sore throat, among other things. If you are caring for someone with special needs – it can be a hindrance to you, if your loved one has allergies, it can aggravate an already challenging situation.

And since seasonal allergies are hugely dominant during spring, this week we came up with a few options that will help you and your children–if you or your loved ones have any–fight them. If you are someone who prefers fighting allergies with all-natural remedies, consider these three great remedies to alleviate allergy frustration and help you breathe a little easier!

  1. Apple Cider Vinegar

This is a go-to product for many ailments, and it can help with allergies, too! It helps prevent mucus buildup, which can the main culprit when you’re stocked up.   1. Probiotics

Research shows that a healthy gut helps decrease seasonal allergies (allergies stem from immune system imbalance). Here is a line up of good probiotic brands. You can also incorporate fermented foods into your diet to make sure you have a great balance of good, healthy bacteria in your in your gut. Kombucha, Kefir, and Kimchi are a great place to start!

While One of the most tried and true remedies is finding honey made where you live to allow your body to adapt to the allergens specific to your area. A simple and sweet way to get your body acclimated to all of the new pollen in the air!
