This is a go-to product for many ailments, and it can help with allergies, too! It helps prevent mucus buildup, which can the main culprit when you’re stocked up. Research shows that a healthy gut helps decrease seasonal allergies (allergies stem from immune system imbalance). Here is a line up of good probiotic brands. You can also incorporate fermented foods into your diet to make sure you have a great balance of good, healthy bacteria in your in your gut. Kombucha, Kefir, and Kimchi are a great place to start!
